L2 Senior Surgical Video Annotator (Complex Cases + Boundary Refinement)
Location: USA | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Annotation Lead / Program Lead

Responsibilities
Handle low-confidence, complex, and high-risk tasks routed by the system.
Refine temporal boundaries and event timing; correct difficult tool/anatomy cases.
Provide second-pass review on sampled work units; mentor L1 annotators.
Identify recurring disagreement patterns; propose guideline clarifications/examples.
Support adjudication by preparing evidence (frames/clips) and recommended resolution options.
Requirements
3–6+ years in video annotation with demonstrated high accuracy.
Strong understanding of temporal labeling, boundary consistency, and error patterns.
Experience coaching teams and running calibration.
Healthcare/surgical video familiarity preferred.
KPIs
Complex-case resolution accuracy, adjudication support quality, IRR improvement contribution, rework reduction.
