Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Tier II C III Support Engineer with a focus on
Procure To Pay and NetSuite CRM and Ǫuote to Cash processes to join our team. As a NetSuite Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the NetSuite ERP platform, particularly within the Procure To Pay (P2P) and CRM and Ǫuote to Cash modules. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of our NetSuite system. 
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier II C III technical support for NetSuite ERP platform, with a specific focus on Procure To Pay and CRM and Ǫuote to Cash processes.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to configuration, customization, integration, and data integrity within the NetSuite system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to understand requirements, identify solutions, and implement enhancements or fixes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and propose long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAǪs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for NetSuite system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and system usage.
  • Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements.
    Qualification:  
    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.   At least 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration and support, with a focus on Procure to Pay and CRM and Ǫuote to Cash modules.

Location: Remote 

Work Timings : 2:30PM-11:30PM
