About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead to take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) solution delivery while contributing to the growth and capability development of our Salesforce practice. This role is ideal for a technically strong and strategically minded professional with 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including leadership of teams and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Project Leadership & Capability Contribution
- Practice Development Support: Contribute to shaping the Salesforce practice by bringing best practices, reusable assets, and process improvements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members, foster technical growth, and support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure effective project delivery.
2. Presales & Solutioning
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with business development teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored Salesforce solutions.Expertise in Sales, Service and Experience cloud
- Solution Design: Lead the technical design of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Effort Estimation: Support estimation and planning efforts during presales and project initiation phases.
3. Delivery Management
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day implementation tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Best Practices: Promote adherence to Salesforce best practices for coding, configuration, and deployment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform code and configuration reviews to maintain high delivery standards.
4. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring transparency, progress reporting, and satisfaction.
- Ongoing Support: Identify opportunities for continued engagement and improvement post-go-live.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and customization.
- Proven experience leading project teams and delivering Salesforce solutions end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
