Overview: 
We are looking for an expert Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of our AWS Connect cloud contact center platform. Leveraging deep hands-on experience, you will architect a world-class scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized AWS environment tailored to contact center workloads. If you have passion for keeping customers delighted through pioneering innovations, this is a chance to create infrastructure that empowers agents to thrive. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Consult with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements 

  • Design future-proofed AWS cloud architecture meeting security, cost and compliance needs 

  • Deliver AWS Well-Architected, Compliance contact center infrastructure 

  • Select and implement AWS services like Connect, Lambda, CloudWatch 

  • Configure multi-channel contact flows optimizing customer experience 

  • Establish environments for development through production 

  • Ensure seamless integrations between AWS and Salesforce ecosystem 

  • Make solutions leverage automation, advancing DevOps principles 

  • Support incident response processes managing risk to service continuity

  •  

Required Skillset: 

  • 7+ years designing and operating AWS environments 

  • Hands-on expertise deploying AWS Connect at scale 

  • Mastery of a broad AWS toolchain - VPCs, IAM, S3, RDS, and more 

  • Experience migrating legacy contact centers to cloud platforms 

  • Sharp customer-centric perspective on delivering innovative capabilities 

  • Advocate of resilience, security, operational excellence best practices 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator, organized and detail-driven
