Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Platform Lead to oversee the design, build, and adoption of our Sales & Service Cloud environment. You will lead enterprise architects, developers, and administrators to deliver cutting-edge cxCRM business solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned to complex requirements. We need an innovative leader able to guide both strategic blueprints as well as hands-on configuration/code execution.
Responsibilities:
Gather business needs and map to long term Salesforce roadmap
Architect metadata model supporting business processes use cases
Lead customization approach across Sales, Service, Community Clouds
Direct end-to-end design patterns leveraging latest platform capabilities
Implement declarative solutions using Workflow, Process Builder, Flow
Oversee team developing Apex classes, Lightning apps, components and more
Establish DevOps and testing practices ensuring release quality
Support the user community with adoption, training, and self-service options
Requirements:
7+ years in Salesforce ecosystem - creative architect to large scale operator
Expert certifications in platform builder, architecture design methods
Enterprise-wide multi-org transformation experience
Deep hands-on expertise across sales, service, and experience clouds
Combined skills implementing out-of-the-box and custom solutions
Values collaboration, mentoring, and community knowledge sharing
