About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing customized Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical leads, architects, and functional consultants to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery. Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Development & Customization
- Develop and customize solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Work on configurations, validation rules, and process automation.
- Implement user interface features and business logic in accordance with best practices.
2. Project Execution
- Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements and implement appropriate Salesforce functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
- Assist in data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
3. Collaboration & Documentation
- Coordinate with project leads, QA, and admins to ensure timely and smooth project execution.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed features and customizations.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and technical discussions.
4. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.
- Work towards achieving relevant Salesforce certifications.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce platform features.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration capabilities.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Process Builder, Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I) are a strong advantage.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
