About Us
At Codvo, we build scalable, future-ready digital platforms that drive real business impact. We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership—where designers work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences. If you thrive in complex product environments and care deeply about design quality from concept to production, this role is for you.
Role Summary
Codvo is building a ServiceNow delivery pod for a telecommunications operator that runs a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) across North America. The operator is moving off a legacy ITSM platform onto ServiceNow.
The first goal is closed-loop ticketing: bring live network health into the ticket during a customer call, correlate alarms from several sources to the right troubleshooting guide, and trigger log collection and corrective actions in place of manual follow-up. Network KPI data lives in a lakehouse that agents pull by hand today, and a large catalog of network KPIs has no clear mapping to specific faults. You help build the platform and the integrations that close that loop.
What You Will Build
- Scoped application components: tables, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and Agent/UI Builder workspaces for NOC agents.
- Flow Designer flows and IntegrationHub spokes that pull network KPI reports into tickets and push updates back.
- Event Management rules that turn raw alarms into correlated alerts and incidents.
- Catalog items, knowledge articles, and intake-quality checks that catch incomplete tickets before acceptance.
- ATF tests for your own work, with a clean handoff into code review.
Responsibilities
- Pick up stories from the Tech Lead, build to the agreed patterns, and get them through review.
- Write integrations against documented contracts: REST, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Test your own work with ATF, fix what review finds, and keep update sets and commits clean.
- Help the migration: move ticket data and workflows onto ServiceNow.
First 90 Days
- Shipped your first scoped-app feature and one integration through review.
- Comfortable with pod patterns, update sets, and ATF.
- Contributing to the closed-loop build at the team pace.
Must Have
- 3+ years in software development with hands-on ServiceNow build experience.
- Server-side and client-side JavaScript on ServiceNow: Glide APIs, business rules, and script includes.
- Flow Designer, and at least one shipped REST or IntegrationHub integration.
- Comfortable in a scoped application and with update sets or source control.
Nice to Have
- Event Management, CMDB, or Service Mapping exposure.
- UI Builder and Workspace experience.
- Telecom or NOC domain familiarity.
- Any ServiceNow AI exposure: Now Assist or Virtual Agent.

Required:
- CSA — Certified System Administrator
- CAD — Certified Application Developer (or in progress)
