Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 L2 Engineer to support, administer, and troubleshoot M365 services for our global customer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and core identity technologies such as Azure Active Directory. This role provides L2 operational support, escalations, and service improvements.
πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Support during USA hours and flexibility to be available during non-business hours for any outage support
β€’ Work with OEM to handle issues and support
β€’ Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including:
  • Exchange Online (mail flow, mailbox issues, transport rules)
  • Teams (meetings, collaboration, voice basics)
  • SharePoint Online & OneDrive (permissions, sync issues, site access)
  • Microsoft Forms, Planner, Power Automate (basic troubleshooting)
    β€’ Manage user provisioning, licensing, and access in Azure AD
    β€’ Assist with user onboarding/offboarding processes
    β€’ Troubleshoot Outlook/Exchange connectivity, mailbox migrations, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes
    β€’ Assist users with Teams collaboration issues, channels, Teams policies, and feature administration
    β€’ Administer Conditional Access, MFA, and security policies
    β€’ Support DLP, retention labels, sensitivity labels, and encryption
    β€’ Handle security alerts related to compromised accounts, login anomalies, and phishing reports
    β€’ Manage identity lifecycle operations and Azure AD group administration
    β€’ Support Intune device enrollment, compliance policy issues, and application deployments
    β€’ Troubleshoot configuration profiles, compliance failures, and update policies
    β€’ Manage tickets, SLA adherence, and escalations from L1
    β€’ Perform tenant monitoring and service health reviews
    β€’ Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation

β€’ Certifications: MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900, SC-900
β€’ Hybrid Exchange Environment Experience
β€’ PowerShell scripting basics
β€’ Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
