Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Recruiter to lead and execute hiring strategies across key global markets including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven hiring frameworks, and a KPI-driven approach to consistently meet onboarding targets for both average and niche skill roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for international roles.
- Hiring Targets:
- Achieve 8–10 onboardings/month for average skill roles.
- Achieve 3–5 onboardings/month for niche skill roles.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain high-level understanding of job market conditions, cultural nuances, compensation structures, taxation, and payroll systems in the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
- Sourcing Strategy: Leverage personal network, job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to identify top talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and onboarding success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in international recruitment, preferably with exposure to the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Qatar markets.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with global compensation models, taxation norms, and payroll systems.
- Understanding of cultural expectations and work ethics across regions.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Network: Strong professional network across global talent pools.
- Mindset: KPI-driven, target-oriented, and agile in approach.
KPIs & Performance Metrics:
- Monthly onboarding targets (average vs. niche skills)
- Time-to-hire and time-to-onboard
- Offer-to-acceptance ratio
- Candidate satisfaction score
- Hiring manager satisfaction score
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global teams or in a multinational environment.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
- Exposure to hiring in tech, data, AI, or engineering domains is a plus.
