Job Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Product Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience. You will be responsible for managing the entire product engineering team(frontend, backend, cloud services, ML, computer vision, network connectivity, cybersecurity, cameras), and interacting with management, product management, and interacting with management , product management, and other supporting groups.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Video services, including encoding, streaming, compression, and playback technologies.
Cloud-based architectures and familiarity with serverless and microservices architecture
Containers, Kubernetes, Docker, Computer vision pipelines, MLOps
Machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or
PyTorch), cloud ML services, and their applications in video analytics or processing
Hardware, encompassing GPU acceleration relevant to video processing and machine learning tasks.
Required Skills :
Ability to set a clear vision , strategize and execute plans.
Leading and managing engineering teams in developing video-related products/services.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, agile practices and tools.
Experience in resource allocation , budgeting and strategic planning.
