Overview:
We seek an experienced Technical Owner to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of our next-gen AWS Cloud Contact Center Platform implementation. As the technical authority, you will own all technology decisions from cloud architecture and infrastructure to integration and application development. You will translate complex requirements into innovative solutions and drive high-quality execution by the engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
- Define cloud reference architectures meeting scalability, security, and DR needs
- Standardize technology landscape AWS stack, CRM integration, and toolchain
- Guide agile execution - plan sprints, track velocity, mitigate risks and issues
- Ensure the highest quality delivery standards through efficient code reviews, test automation, etc.
- Build future capabilities leveraging emerging technologies like AI/ML and voice analytics
- Lead troubleshooting of issues and tech enhancements in production systems
- Foster engineering excellence and mentoring culture across the teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of technology development experience with at least 5+ years of people leadership
- Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure and contact center platforms
- Successful track record as the engineering owner of entire solution lifecycles
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and ability to dive deep as needed
- Strong relationship builder able to influence diverse stakeholders
- Passion for learning and adopting leading-edge technical innovations
