Job Title: HubSpot Implementation Specialist  

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Implementation Specialist / Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the seamless onboarding of clients onto the HubSpot platform, migrate existing campaigns from Red Point Interaction (RPI), and set up advanced marketing automation workflows. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing CRM campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth across various channels and platforms, including DSPs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, setting up their HubSpot accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from existing systems (RPI), and providing training on HubSpot functionalities. 

  • Campaign Migration: Migrate existing marketing campaigns from Red Point Interaction (RPI) to HubSpot, ensuring accurate data migration and workflow replication. 

  • Campaign Setup and Management: Develop and implement data-driven, creative, and brand promotional CRM campaigns within HubSpot and other integrated systems. 

  • Marketing Journeys: Design and set up multi-channel customer journeys, including email, social media, and paid advertising channels using HubSpot workflows and DSPs. 

  • Automation and Workflows: Build complex automation workflows in HubSpot to optimize lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversion rates. 

  • Data Integration: Manage integration between HubSpot and DSPs, ensuring seamless data flows, tracking, and reporting of marketing activities. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using HubSpot analytics and other tools, optimizing for higher engagement and conversions. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, data, marketing) to align campaign strategies with business objectives and brand guidelines. 

  • Documentation and Training: Document processes and provide ongoing support to clients on HubSpot usage and campaign best practices. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing. 

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot (certifications preferred), including workflows, automation, campaign setup, and reporting. 

  • Experience migrating campaigns from platforms like Red Point Interaction (RPI) to HubSpot. 

  • Knowledge of integrating HubSpot with DSPs (e.g., for paid media campaigns). 

  • Excellent understanding of CRM strategies, data management, and customer journey mapping. 

  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in campaign performance tracking and reporting. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 

  • Familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and online advertising technologies. 

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
