Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information for pods
Ensure project deadlines are met and within budget
Communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
Facilitate meetings, including preparation and distribution of agenda and minutes
Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Provide direction and support to project team members
Manage timelines and status updates efficiently and effectively
Track dependencies across internal and external teams to ensure release readiness
Serve as servant leader and coach for one or more cross-functional Agile teams
Facilitate core Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospective
Remove impediments and escalate when necessary to keep delivery on track
Coach teams on Agile practices and help the Product Owner and stakeholders optimize backlog value
Promote continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and experimentation
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-trust team culture
Support cross-team coordination and help manage dependencies
Help teams adopt engineering and delivery best practices (e.g., incremental delivery, automation, quality checks)
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a Scrum environment (typically 5+ years)
Strong facilitation skills: able to run effective ceremonies, workshops, and decision-making sessions
Excellent servant-leadership and coaching abilities — helps teams grow rather than directs them
Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework and how to apply them pragmatically
Experience removing impediments and managing stakeholder expectations to enable team focus
Strong interpersonal skills: conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing without authority
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Scrum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Databricks project (Nice to have)
