Job Description:As a Scrum Master/Project Manager at Codvo, you will lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies across multiple projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Web, and Mobile, and manage project progress using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). You will be responsible for tracking project milestones, managing risks, and delivering results within scope, budget, and timelines. Your role will require leveraging tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to configure boards, manage backlogs, monitor team velocity, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate all scrum ceremonies for multiple projects, including kick-offs, grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira to configure and maintain boards, backlogs, and sprint tools to streamline the Agile process.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Create and maintain project documentation in ADO Wiki and provide updates via ADO dashboards and reports.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Design, Web, and Mobile) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and improve team velocity to ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, KPIs, and progress on deliverables.
- Ensure effective dissemination of relevant project information throughout the organization.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role.
- Significant expertise in Azure DevOps and Jira, with a strong understanding of configuring boards, managing backlogs, and sprint planning.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) required; additional certifications like Azure DevOps are a plus.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, delivering within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Experience in tracking project progress, team velocity, and managing risks and dependencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage resource allocations and scope changes effectively.
