Skills:
1.Ability to take full ownership of the client engagement coordination, timely and accurate communication, internal coordination and customer satisfaction / NPS.
2.Great presentation & communication skills.
3.Work with Sales Development team on Renewals. Cross-sell & Up-sell
4.Conduct professional meetings, take MoMs, and share follow ups.
5.Work with Talent acquisition to meet client resource requirements
Responsibilities:
1.Primarily responsible for all activities leading to closure, communication, delivery, and ongoing satisfaction of an Account.
2.Voice of Customer in Codvo. Customer Business Goals & ROI
3.Fully Responsible for account growth and satisfaction.
4.Conduct Monthly & Quarterly client executive meetings
5.Conduct Monthly CSAT & Quarterly NPS survey with client
6.Client Billing & Account Revenue
7.Smooth Ramp-up & Ramp-down of Delivery team
8.Co-ordinate activities with Engagement owner
