Job Description:
Codvo.ai is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Data Scientist with expertise in Spark, Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting solutions, feature engineering, using external public and private data sources, and a passion for solving challenging problems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and effectively communicate model results and details to non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, prototype, and deploy machine learning models that solve business problems, utilizing Python and relevant ML libraries/frameworks.
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that drive actionable recommendations.
Utilize Spark and Azure Databricks to pre-process, clean, and transform large-scale public & private data sets for analysis, feature engineering and modelling.
Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ensure the seamless flow of data across various sources.
Collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, and other client stakeholders.
Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Skillsets Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience of 8+ years working as a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Spark, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Python, JavaScript, R & Java.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and related MLOPs & Data services is a strong plus.
Preferred experience with working on datasets from real estate, energy, or marketing industries and using geospatial dimensions and inputs in creating ML Models
Solid understanding of machine learning & Deep learning concepts & algorithms
Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
