As we gear up to launch new AI-powered products and expand global presence, we are seeking a marketing leader to define how Codvo.ai influences the market, shapes perception, and creates a movement.
We are looking for a strategic and creative Influence Marketing Leader to design and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Codvo.ai’s product and platform offerings. This is not just a brand-building role—it’s about turning Codvo into a category-defining AI brand through compelling narratives, thought leadership, digital campaigns, and partner amplification.
You will lead the creation of a full-spectrum influence strategy while also owning pipeline generation through targeted demand generation initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
Influence Marketing & GTM
Define and execute the GTM influence marketing strategy for Codvo.ai’s AI and product portfolio
Build and amplify Codvo.ai’s voice across social media, digital platforms, and influencer networks
Position Codvo’s leadership team as thought leaders through blogs, LinkedIn, podcasts, media, and speaking engagements
Manage end-to-end influencer and partner marketing campaigns, working closely with channel partners and technology alliances
Lead Codvo’s presence in industry forums, webinars, and conferences, driving awareness and pipeline generation
Establish strong relationships with analyst firms, media outlets, and industry communities to elevate brand perception
Build an editorial calendar, manage digital content production, and drive high-velocity campaign execution
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and storytelling with customer needs and strategic priorities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership
Own marketing-driven pipeline targets and contribute directly to revenue growth
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, webinars, partners, events)
Deliver consistent MQL to SQL conversion through structured campaign execution
Maintain a monthly campaign calendar and execution roadmap
Improve conversion rates and optimize cost per lead (CPL)
Run targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise accounts
Partner closely with sales to drive meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
Execute joint demand generation campaigns with partners and alliances
Track funnel metrics, campaign ROI, and performance outcomes
Run regular performance reviews and continuously optimize campaigns for better results
6+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably in SaaS, AI, Cloud, or enterprise software space
Proven experience in building or scaling the market presence of a technology product or services brand
Strong experience in demand generation, campaign execution, and pipeline creation
Deep knowledge of influence marketing, digital brand amplification, and GTM planning
Strong understanding of social and content platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Medium, etc.) and engagement best practices
Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative campaign planning skills
Prior experience collaborating with founders, sales, and product teams in fast-paced startup or growth environments
Demonstrated thought leadership and comfort representing the brand externally or enabling others to do so
Existing relationships with analysts, influencers, or ecosystem players in the AI/Cloud space
Global exposure or experience in marketing to multiple regions (e.g., North America, Middle East, APAC)
Background in journalism, communications, or digital media is a plus
Shape the brand identity and GTM strategy of one of the most exciting AI firms on the rise
