AI-Native Brand & Communications Lead
About Codvo
Codvo is an AI & Data native modern engineering services company. We build enterprise AI and data systems, agentic workflows, and vertical solutions across industries like mortgage, retail/CPG, healthcare, oil & gas, and legal. Your job is to make Codvo’s reality and its reputation match.
Core Mandate
You own the Codvo + NeIO narrative and how it shows up to the world.
Your mission:
• Make Codvo recognized as a go-to AI-native engineering & data partner by customers, partners, talent, and influencers.
• Use AI to multiply your capacity in research, writing, content production, and distribution.
You are measured on (tune numbers to your stage, but keep the spirit):
• Growth in qualified inbound interest (exec intros, partner inquiries, key talent citing brand/content).
• Growth in executive and company share of voice in target ecosystems (mentions, talks, panels, podcasts, posts).
• Volume and usage of referenceable assets (case studies, playbooks, POVs) adopted by Sales, Partner, and Talent teams.
What You Will Do
1. Narrative & Positioning
• Own the Codvo + NeIO story: who we are, what we believe about AI-native engineering, and how we differ from typical SIs and consultancies.
• Build and maintain a message house and ensure consistency across website, decks, proposals, and partner GTM.
• Create tailored narratives for key industries (mortgage, retail/CPG, healthcare, O&G, legal) and for partners (AWS, Databricks, Red Hat).
2. Thought Leadership & Content
• Turn real Codvo work into flagship assets: case studies, “how we built it” breakdowns, playbooks, opinion pieces.
• Design and run signature content series (e.g., AI-native modernization, enterprise agents, fusion teams).
• Use AI to research, outline, draft, and iterate content across formats: long-form posts, articles, scripts, and decks.
3. Channels & Distribution
• Own Codvo’s brand presence across website, blog, and email/newsletter.
• Own Codvo’s presence on LinkedIn (company + key leaders) and other priority channels.
• Leverage events, webinars, roundtables, and recorded sessions to extend reach.
• Partner with Growth and Partner teams to push key narratives into the right communities and accounts, not just generic broadcast.
4. Brand Multipliers & Influence
Build and manage a Multiplier Map of 20–30 high-impact external voices and platforms, including:
• Hyperscaler and platform GTM teams (AWS, Databricks, Red Hat).
• Analysts (major + niche) in AI/data and target industries.
• Practitioner influencers (LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters).
• Customer champions willing to speak about Codvo work.
• Design and run value-based collaborations such as joint blogs, webinars, and field briefs with partners.
• Run analyst briefings with clean narratives and supporting proof.
• Set up podcast/panel/teardown sessions with practitioners using real Codvo architectures and lessons.
• Use AI to maintain dossiers on key multipliers (interests, content style, audience).
• Use AI to draft tailored outreach, follow-ups, and co-creation ideas.
• Repurpose each collaboration into multiple assets (clips, posts, summaries).
Multiplier Outcomes (examples):
• 10–15 active external multipliers who feature or mention Codvo at least 2x per year.
• 1–2 partner/analyst/influencer collaborations per quarter that produce reusable content and references.
• Trackable increase in prospects saying, “We heard about Codvo from / saw .”
5. Stakeholder Communications
• Shape how Codvo shows up to customers via sales narratives, exec presentations, and proposal storylines.
• Shape Codvo’s story for partners via joint value props, solution briefs, and one-pagers.
• Shape Codvo’s story for talent via careers content, culture story, and engineering brand.
• Shape Codvo’s story for advisors, analysts, and media via briefing decks, talking points, and follow-ups.
• Support executive communications: ghostwrite/co-write thought pieces, posts, and keynote outlines; prep leaders for talks, panels, and analyst/customer briefings.
6. AI-Native Brand Operating System
• Build AI-powered workflows for market and competitor research.
• Use AI for drafting and improving content across formats.
• Use AI to summarize delivery/project docs into narrative-ready inputs.
• Repurpose one asset into many (article → posts → scripts → slides) using AI.
• Maintain libraries of prompts, narrative blocks, proof snippets, and visuals so others at Codvo can assemble on-brand content quickly.
What “Good” Looks Like (12–18 Months)
• Serious prospects, partners, and candidates who research Codvo leave with a clear, differentiated understanding of who we are and what we actually do.
• Sales, Partner, and Talent teams consistently use your assets in the field because they’re sharp, current, and on-narrative.
• Codvo and its leaders are regularly featured or invited in relevant ecosystems (events, panels, podcasts, partner content, analyst notes).
• There is one coherent Codvo voice, expressed across many people and channels.
Experience & Skills
• 7–12 years in B2B brand, communications, or thought leadership, ideally in technology, consulting, or data/AI.
• Proven experience building and scaling a narrative for a tech or services company (links/samples are a plus).
• Strong writing and storytelling for multiple audiences: executives, engineers, partners, analysts, and talent.
• Comfort working directly with founders, domain leaders, and delivery teams to extract and shape real stories.
• Demonstrated AI-native working style: daily use of tools like ChatGPT/Claude for research, drafting, summarization, and idea generation.
• Ability to design simple AI workflows to increase output volume and quality.
• High standards and “editor” mindset: you protect the bar, simplify aggressively, and keep everything on-narrative.
• Bias for action: you ship, learn, and refine rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
