Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end SharePoint migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop detailed project plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless migration processes.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-migration evaluations.
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the new SharePoint environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on SharePoint migration projects on latest versions.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and migration tools.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
