Role Summary

Owns the delivery timeline, stakeholder communication, risk management, and resource coordination. Runs the engagement cadence — daily standups, weekly status reports, milestone reviews — and is the single point of contact for the customer's project sponsor.

Responsibilities 
Planning & Tracking

Maintain the project plan — Phase 1 pilot (6 weeks), Phase 2 wave rollout, resource allocation per phase

Track deliverables against the milestone schedule — discovery, go-live, alert review sessions, pilot sign-off, wave completions

Manage the pre-condition checklist for each phase — track which pre-conditions are met, which are at risk, who owns resolution

Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive resolution

Track effort actuals vs. estimates — flag scope creep or timeline risk early

Stakeholder Communication

Produce the weekly status report for the customer project sponsor — progress, risks, decisions needed, next week's plan

Facilitate the bi-weekly steering committee meeting with customer leadership (30 min)

Coordinate between CODVO.AI's on-site and offshore teams — ensure the on-site Data Scientist's findings are communicated to the offshore team within 24 hours

Manage customer expectations on timeline, scope, and deliverables — no surprises

Facilitate the pilot review at Week 6 and the wave scoping sessions

Delivery Cadence

Run daily standup with the offshore team (15 min, async-friendly for timezone differences)

Run weekly sync between on-site Data Scientist and offshore team (30 min)

Coordinate the alert review sessions — schedule with customer maintenance leads, ensure CODVO.AI team is prepared with data and analysis

Track action items from every meeting — owner, due date, status

Resource & Logistics

Manage on-site logistics — travel arrangements for the on-site Data Scientist

Coordinate Wave 1 site access — work with customer IT/security to pre-stage network access, VPN credentials, and physical access badges

Manage the handoff between Phase 1 and Phase 2 — ensure the pilot playbook is documented, approved, and ready for replication

Coordinate parallel site rollouts in Wave 2 — resource allocation, dependency management, site-level status tracking

Quality & Process

Ensure all deliverables meet the quality bar before customer delivery — technical documents reviewed by Solution Architect, test results reviewed by QA, accuracy reports reviewed by Data Scientist

Maintain the change control process — any scope changes go through formal evaluation and re-estimation

Track the success criteria metrics — detection lead time, alert precision, fault classification accuracy, work order auto-generation rate

Produce the phase completion report — actual vs. planned, lessons learned, recommendations for the next phase

Expected Background


6+ years in technical project management — software delivery, data/AI projects, or industrial technology deployments.

Experience managing distributed teams across time zones (on-site + offshore).

Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable communicating with both technical engineers and executive sponsors.

Experience with enterprise customer engagements — change control, formal deliverable sign-off, steering committee cadence.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus but not required — delivery track record matters more.
