Job Description – Junior Data Scientist

Roles & Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will work closely with our experienced data science team to extract valuable insights from complex datasets and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges.
Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis and apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract insights from unstructured text data and build models.
Develop and implement web scraping techniques to gather data from various online sources.
Design, train, and deploy machine learning models, including deep learning models and transformer architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data science role.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Proficiency in machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).
Knowledge of web scraping tools and techniques.
Familiarity with building and deploying Flask APIs is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
