Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a teams of Full Stack Leads and Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team performance and growth.
- Architect and design scalable and robust full-stack solutions that leverage AI and cloud technologies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate machine learning models and algorithms into applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Drive the adoption of Cloud First principles, including scalability, elasticity, and cost optimization.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of AI and Cloud First applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of proven experience in Full Stack development, with significant experience in AI-driven and Cloud First application development.
- 4-6 years of experience in team leadership and people management, with a track record of building and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
- Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, React Native, React, Node.js, Python, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and implementing Cloud First principles
- Knowledge of AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribution to open-source projects or AI-related research.
Work Location : Remote
Work Timings : 3pm- 12 am
